How the fleet panel connects to the B2B network
Hotels and agencies can book transport with you without phone calls, and you stay in control of rates and confirmations.
- Publish net transport rates, including prices by passenger tier.
- Approve connection requests and confirm or reject each booking.
- The company that booked is notified in-app when the driver is on the way, arrives, completes the trip or is reassigned.
- Drivers join your fleet with your code, and you approve each request.
- Request services from other connected businesses as well.

The Operation plan covers the whole vertical and is priced by size band. Monthly list price in USD, excluding IGV. Larger operations and Enterprise are quoted individually.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the executive and tourist profiles?
The executive profile is for cars, SUVs and vans on private plates doing city, airport and business transfers. The tourist profile is for minibuses and buses on tourist plates doing circuits and group transport for agencies. You choose the profile when you register, and it determines which network of clients you appear in.
Is there a free plan?
No. Fleets start with a 15-day full-access trial and then move to a paid plan, priced by number of drivers.
How does automatic assignment work?
A new trip is offered to your own drivers first. If none is available it escalates to trusted fleets you have an agreement with. If nobody takes it, your dispatchers can assign it manually.
Is there a passenger app for my fleet?
Not yet. Onix Ride, a passenger app that a fleet can offer under its own brand, is coming soon. Today your fleet has a public page and embeddable widgets.
Do you charge commission on B2B transactions?
No. During the launch stage there is 0% commission on transactions between businesses in the B2B network. The membership is the only charge.
